- Are hourly prices per mover or for the whole crew?
- The listed hourly price is for the whole crew of the stated size, not multiplied by each mover. A crew with more movers has a different hourly rate. Choose a crew based on the inventory and access after discussing the job, rather than assuming the lowest hourly rate gives the lowest final total.
- How do I calculate the two-hour hourly base?
- Multiply the crew's hourly rate by 2, then add the $110 truck and travel fee once. For example, 3 movers at $142 per crew hour gives a $394 two-hour base. This is not a guaranteed final price; additional time, services and applicable fees must be discussed.
- Is the truck and travel fee added to the apartment package?
- No. The $300 apartment base package already includes the $110 truck and travel fee along with 2 movers, a truck and 2 hours. It is not added on top. Stair or oversized-item charges and time beyond the package can change the final amount.
- What if my apartment move takes more than two hours?
- Discuss the price for time beyond the package before booking. No extra-time package rate is listed here. Give a furniture inventory, box count and stairs or elevator details so the estimate can account for the work; a two-hour package is not a promise that every move will finish in two hours.
- Are packing supplies or oversized-item charges included in the base?
- Do not assume they are included. Packing materials are available if you ask, and their scope and pricing need confirmation. Stairs have an additional quoted fee; safes, pianos and items over 300 pounds have variable individually quoted charges. Tell us about these needs before agreeing the work.
- Does sending the quote form require a deposit or book my date?
- Submitting a quote request does not reserve a moving date. We will discuss availability, the work and pricing before booking. Ask for the agreed payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms; no deposit or cancellation policy is stated on this pricing page.
